Dalla Via Lavorazioni Meccaniche has been, since the beginning, emphasising the attention and the value on the quality and absolute safety of the manufactured products. Aiming to continuously control all the machining operations, sometimes very complicated ones, the company has developed a high quality system covering each single production process step.

In order to guarantee the highest product quality, II° level qualified personnel are able to perform all types of non-destructive controls like ultrasonic test, magnetic particles examination, dye penetrant test, by issuing the corresponding certificate. Further, on finished parts or upon Customer’s request, Dalla Via machining shop is performing the dimensional check releasing the report. All types of tests can be internal or witnessed by a third inspection party.

Dalla Via Lavorazioni Meccaniche is certified ISO 9001 for the following machining steps: turning, drilling, boring, milling performed on pieces manufactured by itself or by third parties like rolled, forged, pressed and casted pieces made in steel and alloys. The above certificate has been released by DNV, one of the most important worldwide certification Institute.
